硬件設施什麼都很好，沒什麼好挑剔的。
就是服務不是很好，預訂之前就提前打電話過去，説我們是自駕過去的，可能早上到，能不能提前入住，然後要去爬山。當時説的是可以，半夜來都行，沒有問題，不是週末人不多，安排下就行。
結果去到説定了三個房，有兩個有客人住了，我提出先入住一個房間放東西。也不行，説太早會打擾到客人。最後提出讓我補一天3間房的價錢，就可以。
擺明想坑錢，提前入住就不行，補錢就行了是吧。
我還是提前電話確認過可以的，出爾反爾！
最後在車上呆了兩個小時直接爬梵凈山了。
當天晚上10點多才去辦的入住，然後工作人員還在煮宵夜，巨臭無比的臭豆腐，一進大堂都想吐…
公共場合搞這麼重味道的，我也是服了

住得挺舒適，挺好找的，應該剛開店不久，衞生乾淨整潔，和朋友到的時候已經晚上1點半了（實在是麻煩人家了）最後還給我們升級了一個房型哦～～

旺季朋友介紹到寨子住民宿，結果原來要去的那家客滿，推薦她家酒店。看到房間乾淨床單潔白如新，就決定住下。前台小馬哥服務真好，幫忙拿行李，告知我們要提前買票，結果第二天的梵凈山門票售罄，我們買到後天的門票，小哥建議我們去亞木溝。天氣太熱，我們躲在酒店偷懶，十點多了才去邊上的金佛寺拜拜，還去寨子前的小溪玩水。晚上在陽台喝啤酒喝茶聊天，發現酒店前小花園成遊客打卡照相點。 住的很開心。

位置挺好，在寨邊緣房間可以看到農田。老闆很好人，勤奮好客，房間配置齊全，乾淨整潔。衹是周邊環境生態太好了，各種蟲子，蜘蛛。老闆帶我們進房間時候幫忙處理了。

靜謐的小院子，住起來很舒心，老闆很熱情。至梵凈山東門開車就五六分鐘，老闆還免費接送。很喜歡房間的風格，下次來還會選擇這裏

這麼久以來第一次點評酒店，老闆人超好超熱心，會幫你規劃路線，也會幫助你在旅遊途中避免被坑。第一天很晚到，老闆一直等着，房間很乾凈舒服大雖然3樓上去有點兒累，但老闆很貼心幫我們把行李箱上去 真心推薦大家來呀！!!!

老闆服務特別好！房間乾淨衞生。可能是有點水土不服，晚上有點肚子疼，老闆特別關心，大晚上的給找葯，還給煮了一些粥！早上還把我們免費給送到梵凈山景區。從景區回來，還把我們接回來。老闆人美服務好。強烈推薦！！！！！！！！！
