房間乾淨舒適，洗澡特別舒服，老闆服務非常好，很熱情，她家還有吃飯的地方，可惜時間太趕來不及嘗試，有機會可以試一下當地的美食，梵凈山的景色沒得説，很棒，上山的時候別下雨就完美了

衞生+安全+服務+設備設施全翻車，千萬別踩坑！這次梵凈山之行，望山居客棧給我留下了極差的體驗。一踏入客棧，那股撲面而來的臭味就讓人作嘔，衞生狀況簡直糟糕透頂，到處都是蚊蟲，牆面還有漏水和剛粉刷牆的痕跡。老闆服務態度惡劣，還想坑人。一開始説給免費升級房源，把我們帶到一個剛裝修好的酒店，可那環境比原本訂的還差。拒絕後，老闆一臉不情願，又把我們帶回原來的房間。房間安全也存在問題，隔壁房間可以能翻牆進來的。設施設備老舊，紗窗上還有血漬。晚上門口大馬路和河水的聲音吵得根本無法入睡，房間推拉門玻璃無法關閉，睡了一晚，鼻子不通還頭疼，甲醛超標，真的不建議大家來這家客棧，太影響旅行心情了。

我不清楚為何叫設計酒店，可能不是我們意義上的設計吧。可以説就是隨便找個設計師畫個圖紙就可以算是設計。就和裝修房子，總要找設計師一個道理。第一張視頻，沐浴露和洗髮水都沒了，竟然沒人換；第二張視頻，淋浴頭壞了，水是從上面漏下來的，也沒人修。第三張照片，給的餐巾紙竟然衹有這麼點，一間房間洗手間裏面就這麼一卷，也太扣了，自己補上。第四張照片，可以看出杯子沒洗乾淨。第五張照片是一個我洗過的杯子，一個原來臟的杯子的對比。還有的就不説了，拖鞋超薄，丟一下，竟然可以飄起來。

房間是不錯的，衞生間很大！一家人帶孩子出來玩很方便~而且步行五六分鐘就能到溯溪的地方，水也很清澈，很棒的體驗！唯一就是吃飯的時候明明説了給孩子弄點不辣的，老闆也答應了，最後端上來的還是辣的😓

避雷後續：設施隱患+服務擺爛，住兩晚全程踩坑！繼上一晚吐槽的衞生和虛假宣傳問題後，再補一波這家民宿的離譜操作！先看基礎設施的潦草：圖1是我們的房間，可以對比攜程上的網圖，差別太大了。每個房間門口的泡沫條鬆鬆垮垮，稍碰一下就掉（圖5）；床頭暴露着電線（圖7）；房間裏的掛衣架子更是簡陋到敷衍（圖8）。一樓的衞生間臭味一直髮散到大廳很難聞。這些細節透着一股“沒人維護”的隨意，住得毫無安全感。更嚇人的是衞生隱患——晚上正休息時，牆壁上突然爬過一衹超大蜘蛛，看得人頭皮發麻（圖3為證）！當時趕緊呼叫前台想處理，結果電話撥了好幾次都沒人接，硬着頭皮家人自己解決。本以為蜘蛛已經是極限，沒想到晚上洗澡時直接“翻車”：套房內間的水龍頭居然和水管脱節了，水瞬間濺得滿地都是！當時又氣又無語，連拍照吐槽的力氣都沒了。住了兩晚，從設施老化、衞生驚悚到服務失聯，全程踩坑不斷

我跟朋友來梵凈山，朋友買到了東上西下的票，多虧店主姐姐提點我們，最後補到了東門進的票不然兩張票都要退掉了🥺而且店主姐姐幫我們打電話給大巴司機讓他來民宿附近接我們，給我們節約了很多時間跟力氣。另外民宿環境也很好，有小陽台，空調衞浴也很乾凈，房間空間比較大，不像貴陽一點點大，總之非常滿意！非常感謝店主姐姐
