The hotel is also a chain hotel, and it is very good to stay in other cities. So this time I decided to choose Jinjiang Metropolis. It is only a 20-minute drive from Fanjing Mountain. It is very convenient. It also has a laundry room, the service is also very good, and it is great value for money!

This hotel has just opened and the smell is so important. I booked it for our boss, but when I sent someone in, I realized the smell was too strong. I originally booked this hotel for two nights, but later changed to another hotel. Also, the waiter came early in the morning and said he wanted to check out😅😅

During my trip to Guizhou, I originally had a good impression of Guizhou, so I chose to stay in Jiangkou for my last stop. I chose this hotel after looking at the ratings. I always gave good reviews casually, and I understand that there is no perfect thing when traveling, and you can tolerate it if you can, but this time people have to give serious feedback. First, there is the problem of hardware facilities. In hot weather, when the air conditioner is turned on, the room is even hotter than the corridor and there is no air conditioning at all. I changed rooms three times in one night and worked until one o'clock in the morning. The problem was not solved. As a result, I had nowhere to sleep in the middle of the night and had to squeeze four people into one room. I had no sleep all night and had to get up early the next day. When I went downstairs to communicate in the middle of the night, I met six or seven people who reported the same problem. Everyone could only sit in the lobby to enjoy the cool night, which was really pitiful. Second, health and safety issues. The new store is being renovated. I saw in the comments section that there was a problem with the decoration smell. The hotel replied that the aromatherapy was too strong. It's newly renovated, so it's understandable that it has a bit of a smell, but you can smell a pungent smell when you enter the room. After staying there for ten minutes, I started to have a headache. I specifically smelled the aromatherapy at the door. The aromatherapy smell is the fragrance, and the room smells like the decoration materials. They are completely different. The obvious smell is strong, not to mention the odorless formaldehyde. Third, there is the issue of front desk quality. We arrived at the hotel at around 6 p.m. and booked a room in advance. The young female receptionist checked us in for more than ten minutes. During this period, she kept chatting with the boy next to her. After urging her several times, she slowly managed to get it done. I don’t know if it was because she was new to the business or because she was new to the business. I'm lazy and it's so hard to check in. How can I solve other problems? Furthermore, when we reported the problem of the air conditioner not cooling in the evening, it was another female receptionist. Around 9:50 that night, we called for the first time to report the problem. After waiting for more than ten minutes, no one came to deal with it. They kept us waiting, and then changed rooms. After changing rooms, the air conditioner still had no cold air. Then we reported the problem for the second time and called the front desk, but still to no avail. We had to go downstairs to find the manager, but the front desk hesitated and refused. After calling someone and waiting for about ten minutes, the manager went downstairs and went to the room to check the air conditioner. We stayed in the lobby. After another fifteen minutes, there was no feedback, so we had no choice but to go back to the room. The manager admitted that there was a problem with the air conditioner and changed rooms again. They promised to solve the problem in 15 minutes; there was no feedback after 20 minutes. We went to the front desk for the nth time and waited for another ten minutes to go to a new room. When the air conditioner in the new room was turned on for more than 20 minutes, the room showed 26 degrees. , but it felt extremely hot; after waiting for another five minutes, the temperature unexpectedly rose to 27 degrees. It was already midnight and we had no choice but to sit in the lobby on the first floor. There was no place to sleep. I ran up and down more than a dozen times. I felt very uncomfortable due to being in a stuffy room for a long time and walking back and forth to negotiate. Throughout the entire process, the manager was indeed proactive in trying to solve the problem, and his attitude and behavior were worthy of recognition. Unfortunately, after nearly three hours, he was unable to find a room with good air conditioning. The front desk refused to comment, had a cold face, ignored answers, and was arrogant. The long time it took and the indifferent attitude and behavior of the front desk made people feel very bad. The manager has been working hard to solve the problem, but the front desk did not take the initiative to communicate or do any emotional comfort when we called countless times and went downstairs to report the problem. We just stood aside and waited, not even a bottle of water on such a hot day. Not delivered. Fourth, the issue of refunds. We had no place to stay in the middle of the night and asked for a refund. We applied on a certain platform and had already communicated with the hotel manager. The reply from the platform was that as long as the hotel agreed, the front desk kept refusing to agree to the refund, and finally it showed that the appeal for refund failed. We could only negotiate with the manager and ask for a refund. After all, we didn't get a room, so we couldn't spend money for no reason! The manager advanced the money himself and refunded it to us first. Looking back at the complaint record afterwards, it showed that the hotel refused to refund. Haha, they deliberately wasted us in the middle of the night. After leaving the hotel, we reapplied for a refund on the platform ourselves, and the problem was solved in a few minutes. After receiving the refund from the platform, we refunded the money advanced by the manager. As a consumer, I cannot understand why some service staff in this hotel deliberately create communication barriers and make things difficult? ? Finally, with an objective evaluation attitude: the only thing worthy of praise for this hotel is the attitude of the young manager on duty at night and the male front desk the next morning. I guess the previous guests may have gotten good reviews for gifts, or they were lucky enough to stay in one of the few normal rooms. I believe this is not a problem for any one person. If we remain silent, the problem will never be solved. I also wish the hotel can improve and become better and better.

設施：設施齊全、停車方便、房間設備齊全； 衞生：衞士很乾凈，房間味道清新； 環境：酒店視野很好，有山有水景色好，地理位置也方便； 服務：服務非常贊！前台還製作了ppt專門介紹當地特色美食、小吃，非常用心。 江口是一個很舒服的縣城，酸湯魚豆花、綠豆絲、牛肉、梵凈山綠茶、天麻土雞湯都讓人流連忘返，當地人也很熱情，路邊停車也非常方便。

房間很大，還有單獨辦公區域。其他中規中矩，錦江的變準！不遠處有玩水的地方，景色也好！但是有幾點不滿意的： 1.電梯沒門禁（刷卡）外賣人員可以直接上到房間樓層！ 2.房間隔音很差，隔壁説話一清二楚，對於睡眠不好的人非常難受。我12點多投訴了一次！ 3.空調是垃圾，很響，影響睡眠。忽冷忽熱！

性價比相當高的一家酒店！來貴州這幾天住的最滿意的酒店！房間大，設施新，佈局合理，衞生乾淨，服務超好，送的飲用水是農夫山泉在當地建廠，取自梵凈山的天然礦泉水，甘甜好喝！周邊有小超市和餐館，也可以點外賣，相當方便，去梵凈山大約20多分鐘路程。退房時間為下午兩點，對於我們這種早起去梵凈山的遊客相當友好，爬完山回來後還能休息一會兒再退房，太貼心了！服務周到，這個必須贊一下：退房時行李箱輪子壞了，我們都沒發現，是一位女工作人員（可能是大堂經理）發現的，並且立即聯繫了維修部工作人員幫助修理，總算能湊合用了，要不然這一路還真是挺麻煩，再次表示感謝！以後有機會再去梵凈山的話，這肯定是不二之選，也會強烈推薦給親戚朋友！

一開始空調打不下來，前台小姐姐解決問題非常迅速，直接換了樓上的房間，衞生方面也不錯，早餐東西不算多但味道不錯

酒店造型很可愛，像個蘋果。房間很大，環境舒適，乾淨整潔，衞生情況比較好。酒店服務人員很熱情，態度非常好！值得推薦！
