我真服了 這破酒店每次住都有衞生問題 要麼就是廁所臟 要麼就是床邊的地毯一股腳臭味 是不是幾百年都捨不得還一下 每次去還**交兩百按金 **去上海 千把塊錢一晚上的酒店都沒要我交按金 服務態度又差

沒帶身份證然後讓掃電子身份證，一直都很積極配合，然後前台碼掃不了數據錯誤，包括前台自己也掃了碼一樣是掃不了，好那我們説紙質登記一下，之前也這樣登記過的，然後前台説掃不了的話叫回去拿身份證，我想問半夜喝了酒包括我要是能回去拿身份證那我開房的意義在哪呢?為什麼就不能變通一下紙質登記?還説讓公安來查我們?什麼意思呢?

服務態度不行，酒店性價比不行，剛進房間的時候被子爛了一個洞，打電話過去，居然問我是不是要換被子?這個還要問？wo花錢住酒店給我爛被子
衞生：不OK，前台不給換房間，剛住進去沒有五分鐘
設施：衞生間漏水
一次性用品沒有標明要收費，真的是妥妥的差評

酒店都沒有早餐，大堂也基本不開空調的，
進房間還有燈是壞的，有的房間辦公桌連椅子都沒有，問服務人員，他們就説原來的凳子壞了，能不能拿條塑料凳。。
很無語壞了不會換一條或者去修嗎？住了三次有兩次都是這樣的情況

首先，這麼熱的天進入酒店大堂沒有空調，前台工作人員的回覆是老闆不讓開，熱的是她們😅 。（ps:她們有風扇）
其次，在辦理入住的過程中我們帶着小孩難免會慢一點，後面也沒有入住賓客，但工作人員的服務態度差，愛搭不理。
最後，房間內的地毯有些許黑色，其他地方都還挺乾淨，然後酒店介紹被人塗寫建議換本新的。
希望你們能做得越來越好！
