To be honest, I have never come across a hotel with so many complaints. From the moment I entered the underground parking lot of the hotel, there was almost no light in the underground parking lot. I had to use a flashlight to see the road, and the ground was quite dusty. It didn't say no window on Ctrip, but the room was windowless. There was a big puddle of water in the toilet as soon as I entered the room. There was hair on the towel. Both plugs on the bedside table were out of power. It was really the worst stay experience.

Booked this when visiting Jianmen Pass. Generally it's OK. It's not facing the street so it's not too noisy at night but there are train whistles. The hygiene is average.

There was a peculiar smell as soon as the door was opened. There was no ventilation and no windows. There was a small window on the corridor side for ventilation, but it didn't work. The shower water was small and the water temperature was cold, only warm. The sewer in the bathroom was blocked and didn't leak. There were no disposable bath towels. The breakfast was not delicious. The steamed buns were hard and could only be called cooked dough.

The price is not cheap, and the environment is really bad
1⃣️It was my first time staying in a hotel and I felt itchy after sleeping
2⃣️There were cockroaches in the bathroom
3⃣️The room was not soundproof at all. I could hear the conversations of the neighbors, the conversations in the corridor, and the whistle of the train passing by (all night long). I couldn't sleep at all at night, and it was still loud even when the windows were closed!
