房間的門沒有鎖鏈，晚上來辦理完入住後出去吃飯，回來後發現床上有爬行的活蟑螂，酒店沒有電梯，走樓梯到一樓前台反映問題後，前台告知週末滿房了無法更換房間，要求進行客房清潔打掃就算了不換房間了，但是回到三樓後沒人來打掃，過了一會在平台上找到前台電話催促後才有服務人員來換床單、掃地、抓蟲子，全部做完已經晚上十一點，雖然服務態度很好但是房間衞生不佳，打掃的時候還發現了其他蟲子。
