入住體驗遠超預期！前台胡小姐姐熱情周到，還貼心換了一個好房型。 酒店衞生無可挑剔！從大堂到房間都一塵不染，床單、毛巾乾淨整潔，消毒措施到位，住得特別放心。每位員工都面帶微笑，真正感受到賓至如歸！

臨街，早上7點不到就能清晰聽到各種聲音，馬桶歪着朝牆，第一個房間明顯泡過水有很大的潮味，換了個房間杯子能聞到潮味，前台服務不錯。

門頭太小。而且還沒有電梯，是樓梯！！
這個要求拿大件行李出門的，很是不方便！
而且，房間也好小一間！廁所倒是做得很大！

酒店內部房間設施挺好，還有小度全屋智能，娃喜歡慘了。離步行街也不遠，順便提一句，這裏的步行街實在太熱鬧了，好吃好玩的也多。早上去的晚早餐基本沒了，大姐給煮的麪，味道很贊。走的時候把耳機拉下了一衹，前台也給收好等我們回來去。很不錯的住宿體驗。

以前還蠻喜歡這家酒店，但本次入住衞生很差，感覺入住的房間未做退房清潔，床上、馬桶有毛髮太噁心了，衞生間也沒廁紙，露台玻璃門鎖也壞的，無法關閉，太沒安全感，本次入住感很差。
還好前台服務到位及時更換了用品

這家酒店的地理位置非常優越，位於市中心，周圍有眾多的購物和餐飲場所，出行十分便利。酒店的裝修風格時尚典雅，房間內設施齊全，床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人一覺到天亮。衞生間乾淨整潔，洗浴用品品質上乘，為我的住宿體驗加分不少。
前台服務人員態度親切，對我的入住和退房流程都進行了耐心的指導。此外，酒店的早餐種類豐富，不僅有地道的本地美食，還有各式西式早點供選擇，味道也十分可口。健身房和游泳池設施完善，即使在旅行中也能保持良好的運動習慣。
總的來説，這家酒店無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都讓人滿意，下次來這個城市還會考慮入住。
