進門有招呼；
入住有嚮導；
離店有伴禮。
建德旅行中非常滿意的酒店，前台管家看到預訂單會提前聯繫，入住過程有求必應，服務很棒，有點遺憾的是硬件設施稍許有那麼一丟丟欠缺（上下沒有電梯），可能由於是古宅的緣故吧！
非常推薦給需要到梅城（嚴州古城）的小夥伴。

這次去嚴洲古城遊玩，在攜程上對比了好幾家酒店，最後選擇胡亨茂酒店。入住後感覺非常滿意，首先位置就在老街上出入很方便，其次這古色古香的老宅特別有歷史底藴，卧室和衞生間都很寬敞，用品也優秀吹風機不輸大牌，梳子是全木的高大上。從剛入住的歡迎水果到離店時的伴手禮，無不提現了酒店的暖心和温馨。前台小哥禮貌又熱情，各種提醒和關照都描述到位，對我們的要求也是有求必應。特別還要贊一下，酒店還給顧客準備了耳塞和麪罩，真的是太貼心了。這樣的酒店讓人太喜歡了，下次有機會來嚴洲古城，肯定還要入住。

位置：鬧中取靜，出門就是玉帶河和古街，走幾分鐘就能到古城牆
內部環境：胡亨茂故居，古色古香，雕樑畫棟很有特色；乾淨清爽
房間：佈局很好，寬敞，從空間感到用品細節都很舒服
服務：前台的小姐姐和經理人都非常好，晚上想喝歡迎飲品茉莉花茶，小姐姐特意現泡了一大壺；經理幫我們爬上爬下拿箱子

第一次來到梅城旅遊，挺火的一個小古城，給我的感覺就是這裏好安逸啊，入住的這家酒店就在景區內，鬧中取靜，晚上沿着河邊出去走走拍照很好看，酒店的房間設施都比較新，維護的也比較好，衞生乾淨的很，停車方便，總枱小姐姐態度很好，還有退房時送的小禮品也很不錯，下次還會再來。

第二次打卡建德，上次直奔芳草地，去了才發現還是有點不適應一下子沒有外賣商業氣息的生活😂
這次時間更充裕，在古城住的話很推薦這家店，裝修還有之前花間堂的風格，工作人員也都禮貌熱情，酒店位置很便利，去哪裡都方便，欣賞了夜色下的古城，因為隔壁酒吧晚上有點吵鬧工作人員離別時還贈送了小禮物，其實週五晚上，可以理解的😅
