The hotel is really amazing, we booked the Guest House. The room is beautiful!
The staff is really nice and managed to speak English with us.
They also prepared a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday which was really appreciated!!
Breakfast is good and Chinese restaurant is good&cheap.
Thank you so much for making our stay so good even though the typhoon happened.

我們入住的是垂釣湖景木屋別墅。真的很好，不論是風景還是衞生都值得讚美一番，
服務：前台小華我們辦裏入住，態度熱情開朗，很讚的一個小姑娘
設施：酒店內部的設施齊全，從大堂去房間有接駁車接送，還有去別的室外活動也可以隨時叫車，真的很方便呢
環境：酒店不僅房間外的風景很佳，酒店總體環境都很好，很美，咖啡館也值得打卡

六一小童節，帶娃出門感受大自然，在杭州的富春，有山有水的地方，輕鬆自在。儘管開到酒店確實很遠，但酒店周到的服務讓人很是放鬆。管家靜雯五星好評，早早介紹了酒店的特色活動，提醒我們提前預約，雖然因為天氣原因，沒能去山裡捉昆蟲，孩子們也很開心。留點小遺憾，下次再來吧！

度假酒店風景非常美，下雨有下雨的煙雨朦朧美，晴天也有晴天霞光萬道的美。管家陳開心服務很貼心，在來的當天電話加微信，提供酒店的電子地圖和遊玩攻略，辦理入住的時候她也在，專業辦理，還多送了一份水果。一起幫忙提行李，送我們到房間門口。我和家人感受都很棒。
房間打開門都有一個陽台，我們的榻榻米房間是能看到富春江的，心曠神怡。孩子的遊玩區也很多，例如遊樂園，霍比特人村，小溪戲水，牧場，餵養小動物。我們帶娃算是酒店深讀遊，來來回回坐車玩了好幾圈。
吃飯酒店也很方便，性價比很高，自助晚餐299兩大一小，該有的都有，還有小朋友的取餐區，很貼心。野爐吃過兩頓午餐🥣，每道菜都很可口，魚頭很鮮美，大人小孩都能點到自己想吃的。
附近景區我們衹去了嚴州古城，得配上歷史一起看，否則就是一個同質化很嚴重的古城，沒啥特別的。主要這次來還是以酒店為景點開展的，這個酒店值得深度遊。
最後就是拍照打卡，小孩往遊樂園一扔，大人就去拍拍拍，非常出片，槓槓滴，優秀。非常開心的一次旅行。

芳草地之前團建來過一次，記憶深刻，這次帶娃來打卡。
來的路上陳雯靜管家就提前聯繫，溝通了住宿需求，並且做了升級。入住期間任何時間都可以聯繫管家，也會得到非常及時的回覆。
孩子也很喜歡這家酒店，看着地圖打卡，已經可以玩水了，孩子非常喜歡。早晚自助餐也都不錯。

管家陳雯靜很熱心，提前聯繫，並且告知遊玩的好去處。這次訂的是松鼠房，房間很乾凈，寶寶很喜歡～還有很多小項目，比如騎馬，餵動物，划船，玩了三天，很盡興～

酒店很大，五一里每天各種活動滿滿可以閑逛、可以發呆，生態一級棒，適合家庭出遊，可以帶寵物，酒店內也有很多小動物～
酒店提供管家服務，對接的管家於秋雨提前安排好房間，全程服務周到～
唯一缺點離上海太遠，五一大堵車去程10小時，返程6小時😪
