When checking in, the room has a connecting door and there are many steps to enter the house, which is very inconvenient to take the elderly on vacation. The equipped room butler took the initiative to deal with the problem and helped to change a satisfactory room. During the stay, the room butler also provided various travel tips. Immediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there. The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal. The fact that the hotel opens into a very modern shopping center made sure that We throughly enjoyed our Stay and we highly recommend anyone else to stay.

It feels so cost-effective, and the double-bed room with a 1.35-meter double bed is booked at a very affordable price, which is great! The hotel's customer service is very friendly, the buffet breakfast is also good, and there is a swimming pool. It is very close to the riverside and can be reached by walking. Worth going again!

I came to Jiande on a business trip and heard that the white sand in Jiande was very beautiful. I specially chose the new Anju Kaiyuan Mingting on the riverside. Although I didn't see the fog, the night view of Xin'an River seen in the hotel also had a special flavor. Thanks to Lei at the front desk for his enthusiastic recommendation.

The hotel is located in Jiande, Hangzhou, which is a very unpopular place during the Chinese New Year. It is suitable for vacation. The content facilities are complete. There are many parent-child interactive projects and water projects, go-karts, etc., but they are charged separately. The overall cost performance of the room is very high. The front desk upgraded the room type to a suite for 4 people. Dogs are allowed. The external environment is better. You can see the scenery by pushing the window. There is a forest oxygen bar. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic. You can ask the chef to arrange pick-up and drop-off wherever you go. The price of the Chinese restaurant is not high, and the taste is satisfactory and worthy of the price, but the surrounding area is very desolate. There is no place to eat. You have to drive half an hour to Yanzhou Ancient City to eat, which is also a tourist attraction. It's good. The business is better in hot weather, there are many people, and the interactive activities are all open. The experience will be better. I feel that staying for 2 nights is the most suitable
