Lovely spot in the centre of Jianchuan Ancient Town. The host was very friendly and made a delicious breakfast every morning. We would stay here again.

The hotel was very lovely with succulents, a pond with fish, and traditional wooden beam construction.
Service was very friendly and helpful. They offered advice about locations to visit, late night snacks, and warm greetings at every opportunity.
The room was comfortable and restful.
My only issue is with the hot water, which could be interrupted if too many guests used it at the same time.

When I booked a room in early January, only king-size rooms were left. I booked a single room first, but when I checked in, I found that it really couldn't accommodate my family of three, so I had to add another king-size room. The B&B itself is a renovated old house. The small size of the room is a major flaw. The transparent glass in the shower room is only half covered, so there is no way to prevent water from splashing out when taking a shower, and the floor outside will get wet. There is only a screen on one side of the toilet, so the privacy is relatively poor. It feels only suitable for one person, and it may be awkward even for couples traveling together. The advantages of the B&B are that the courtyard is beautiful and quiet in the bustling city. It is located on the main street of the ancient town and is very convenient to go everywhere. The bedding is comfortable and comes with blankets. There is no air conditioning but the room has a heater and an electric blanket. The service of the proprietress is also acceptable.
