The hotel was very lovely with succulents, a pond with fish, and traditional wooden beam construction.
Service was very friendly and helpful. They offered advice about locations to visit, late night snacks, and warm greetings at every opportunity.
The room was comfortable and restful.
My only issue is with the hot water, which could be interrupted if too many guests used it at the same time.

小院位置佳，在古城裡，是老房子改造的，很安寧，床品舒服有品質，住着很舒服，早晨美女老闆娘還給做了米線，不錯哦。離王記涼粉近，王記涼粉小吃很好。我們吃飯的正碰到老闆也在吃，説他每天凌晨4點起來做雞豆涼粉，到下午就賣光了，還跟我們説米線的湯要喝掉哦，是大骨熬的。他家手切米線，粑粑，牛肉餅，稀豆粉都很好吃。

價格和房間質量不甚匹配，幾乎已經算是古城內最高價，但以下提幾個問題：
1.🅿️app上寫着免費停車，事實上讓你停在公共停車場，一天大約13元左右自費。
2.房間隔音非常差，整個小院內衹要有人正常聲音講話都聽的一清二楚，更別説聚會聊天了。
3.作為豪華雙床房，馬桶、浴室、洗漱台和床之間完全打通，沒有門。給了一個屏風聊以慰藉…..
4.電視旁邊兩個插座是不通電的，電視不能用，其他地方衹有床頭一個插座。
因為在古城裡麪，交通和環境還算可圈可點，老闆院子收拾的很漂亮，古城轉轉也還算方便。供大家參考，古城內其實有很多沒上架的民宿可選，院子也很漂亮。

1. 位置非常好，出門右轉是城中心，出門左轉再左轉就是西門街
2. 白族傳統建築里老板娘種了很多花花草草，建築花草相映成趣
3. 老闆娘人美心善，每天早上給我們準備早餐，還提供出行建議。我們最後一天的回程飛機在晚上，老闆娘給我們延遲退房到傍晚，真是太感謝了！

考慮隔音本來不想定在古城裡麪的，之前定的酒店房型沒有了，攜程客服幫我直接原價改到了竹君府，沒想到比我之前看到的還滿意，孩子特別喜歡，每天睡的都很好，雖然木頭房子隔音不像酒店那麼好，但是古城裡麪一直很安靜，清晨聽着各種鳥鳴聲醒來，特別舒服，每天睡的都很好，這個季節沒有空調也不冷，院子裏的景色也特別美。老闆娘很好，早晨有免費的米線和煎蛋，飯點也會邀請我們一起吃，在劍川住的幸福感很高

老房子改建的小院子不錯，乾淨有設計感，如同雲南常見的其他小院一樣，鮮花和多肉肆意在陽光下生長繁盛。
房間空間夠用，乾淨整潔，唯一的缺點是由於劍川一年四季都不熱，沒有中央，可是有點冷的問題也沒有用其他方式解決，好在已經暮春，冬天可能很冷吧。
總的來説，性價比不錯👍
