當地人自己開的四合院，就在古鎮邊上，吃東西、逛古鎮很方便。很熱情的老闆，人也很好，第一天入住的時候就告訴我們怎麼走，他家也有自己的停車場，解決了停車難的問題，房間很舒服，也很乾凈，老闆家自己做的雕梅那些好吃，哈哈！下次來沙溪還要住你家。

小院非常好，乾淨衞生，老闆熱情，停車方便，全家人住的都非常開心，入住後發現很安靜，睡眠不好的，選他家沒問題，我們是一覺睡到自然醒，非常不錯的一家小院。

四哥小院就在景區裏面，有自己的停車場，安全，步行到古鎮非常方便，老闆熱情，健談，衞生間的淋浴舒服，還有暖風機，樓下的天井可以喝茶聊天賞花！沙溪太美了，值得一去

整體院子環境不錯。缺點是衞生間有一些小味道，另外隔音效果不好。中獎了遇到晚上有客人喝酒到半夜回來後大哭大鬧，大半夜的還是整的人有點神經衰弱。老闆後來去制止了。

非常不錯的四合院，種了許多花草，打理的非常好，還有個自家人住的後院，種了許多蘭花，各種果樹，木頭房子冬暖夏涼，老闆父母非常好。
