酒店位置靠近高速公路，如果從香格里拉自駕回昆明是很好的休息站，晚上大床睡覺很舒服，附近約一公里劍陽街有很多餐館. 設施整潔. 对自助早餐不要抱太大的期望.

整體上一般般吧。好的地方：房間很大、床也是2米的大床、衞生狀況好、裝修風格也不錯。就是硬件相當不錯。體驗最差的，早餐不好，菜品少。關鍵是早上6:30去吃早餐，好多菜品都被一搶而空，包括素菜，是不是春節人多的原因，不清楚。

從大理古城一路遊玩到劍川，住的方達酒店，體驗感是最差差差的，德不配位，網上定價471的房間，居然沒空調衹有自然風，自助早餐雞蛋所謂值錢的都藏起來，不要不給吃。唉·難道真是刻薄成家嗎？房間裏的衞生和蚊子跟日本戰鬥機一樣。差差差。

住過最**的酒店，房間內瓶裝水配2瓶水，喝完拿水要2瓶，我住民宿瓶裝水都是隨便喝，何況這是酒店，一瓶水2塊錢，這種行為真是住酒店第一次遇到的**事，空調不起作用，吹了二個小時沒得任何反應。更氣人的是，我是提前預訂，入住以後隨便一看，竟然比我訂的時候便宜32塊錢，感覺國慶還沒過完，就虧了。

**上訂了房，又讓總枱重新訂，説好第二天退房多訂的錢會自動退回來，結果15號入住16號退的房打了好幾個客服電話18號中午才退回來
