Very satisfied. The location is very good. It is close to Sifang Street. The room is clean and well-equipped.

The room was clean and hygienic. It was already 4 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The boss was very welcoming and very close to the central street of the ancient town.

Beautiful environment, comfortable space, great value experience, and great value for scenery.

After staying in hotels so many times, this is the first time I’ve reviewed and given a negative review. I booked a room based on the good reviews, but I didn’t expect that the experience at the inn was particularly bad. 1 There is no air conditioning (the clerk said that the ancient town does not install it, I don’t know whether it is true or not), and it is very cold at night. I went downstairs to get more quilts, but the reply said that I couldn’t find it and said that there was an electric blanket. How can I say this electric blanket? Really It was very "hot". The highest-grade one was colder than the lowest-grade one at other places. I wore my own down jacket to sleep all night. 2. There were bugs crawling between the quilt and sheets in the room we booked at the beginning. The clerk said that they could not change the sheets and quilt covers for us, but in the end they changed us to a room with two double beds because we really didn’t want to go up or downstairs and said we wanted to go upstairs. The twin beds below were not changed (they said they were all occupied, but actually one room was not occupied) 3 The rooms are all on the second floor. We have a lot of luggage and there is no one to help. The clerk said that all my friends have gone out and my parents are old. It is no problem for me to move by myself. Even if I am tired and the elderly live in the house, the inn where I have stayed before will help me move. 4 I didn’t feel enthusiastic or helpful. I don’t know if it’s because the owner is out of town. Maybe the people who help look after the store are long-term residents. 5. The bathroom doors in the rooms you booked at the beginning are all broken, so it’s better not to choose a hotel with a certain age. There was no problem with the hotel. The problem was with me. I shouldn’t have chosen it. The inn I found in Shaxi the next day was much better and had a delicious breakfast. The price was about the same 🙂

The hotel does not have a cart to help carry luggage. It is really hard to carry luggage from outside to the hotel. It is very laborious. This is a big shortcoming and I hope it can be improved.
