1、客棧沒有停車點，最近停車的地方離客棧走路1一二拾分鐘，行李箱或行李多的話建議不方便入住，因是凹凸不平路自己𠕇個箱子輪子推掉了一個。2、服務態度非常惡劣，打電話叫幫忙拿一下行李或帶一下路沒時間忙連電話指一下路都不願意，早上通知打掃一下衞生指換了兩把牙刷連其他最基本的衞生也不處理，去找負責人是眼神惡狠狠的説就這個樣怎麼樣，氣的血壓升高。3、不隔音，因是木板房樓上輕輕的走路和隔壁講話打呼嚕的聲音都聽的清楚一晚沒睡好，晚上10點多了外面還有人跳舞引顧客。4、環境衞生太差，洗口杯都是臟的，燒水壺裡面有尿臭味，晚上起夜從牀板處爬出蟑螂。

環境很好。很有白族特色！院子很大！位置很好就在建陽樓附近。衞生也比較乾淨！美中不足是水有一股銹味。

晚上住客隔音很差。剛巧遇上一團姨姨叔叔入住，晚上十時多在中庭高歌熱舞，訊息客服沒人回。最後自己開門出去跟他們説，他們還刻意再高聲説話。很差勁的。其實，明知隔音差，客棧應定立一些規矩，晚上什麼時不應在中庭載歌載舞之類吧！
