Wuliu Hotel is located on the edge of Shaxi Old Town, which means you will be conveniently located and have a restful night sleep. The hotel is beautiful and well managed. We would definitely stay again! We loved the stay and the old town.

Location is great — just at the edge of the street where cars can go so we only needed to pull our luggage for less than a minute. The place is very well-run. They are organized and have materials in both English and Chinese to ensure they cook the breakfast you prefer (they give you a choice of Chinese or Western breakfast). With our family of 4, we got 2 Chinese and 2 Western breakfasts and they all turned out well because they make them fresh as you sit down. They also have a balcony and tea room on the second floor which is so peaceful and calming to be in. Highly recommend! You can probably find cheaper lodging elsewhere (such as inside the ancient town itself) but the quality and proximity of this inn makes it worth it.

Wuliu is such a beautiful hotel in the village and the vibe matches with the quiteness and slow-temple of the village as well. The staff is so friendly and has amazing Chinese breakfast. We had so much fun and relax there
