The hostess was incredibly nice and welcoming. She contacted us by phone ahead of time and waited patiently for us. She patiently explained the surroundings and even provided us with needlework. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. There's a restaurant next door, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel is located away from the city center, making it very quiet and comfortable. The parking lot was very convenient for us, who were traveling by car during peak tourist season. The host was very considerate and offered to pick us up when we didn't want to drive to the ancient town. The hostess personally prepared breakfast, making the stay a wonderful experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaxi. They're also very pet-friendly.
