乾淨衞生，附近就是古街跟菜市場，地理位置相當好，晚上睡覺也不吵。適合旅行來居住。

酒店新開業，衞生條件好，床品柔軟舒服乾淨，一次性馬桶套，一次性用品品質蠻好，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水充足，老闆夫婦很熱心。衞生打掃及時入住體驗很好，在劍川幸虧換了他家。再來還會首先考慮他家，免費停車，電梯都有，離古城步行十分鐘左右
