首先，酒店有獨立封閉的停車場。硬件設施也是達到了四星級酒店的水平。環境也很安靜。早餐有20到30種左右的菜品，中規中矩。服務人員的態度也是可以的，總之是一家不錯的酒店，值得推薦。

在這個小城裡算還可以的，至少外觀看着還挺大氣的，原來應該是別的酒店改名的。房間挺大的，設施比較陳舊，有部分樓層在裝修了，希望以後可以更好一些吧！現在經濟大環境也不好，很多酒店都很冷清。這家前台的小姐姐們都挺熱情的。早餐嘛反正吃是可以吃飽的，要求不能太高！另外門口停車也很方便，就是沒有充電樁。

週末度假，開到這家酒店。沒想到的是，在建甌這樣的地方，竟然房間硬件基本按五星級標準配置，密碼箱、電冰箱、浴缸，還有洗漱用品也很齊全。客房服務響應也非常快。服務都還不錯。當然，實際入住感比起真正的五星級還差很遠，可能主要還是差在餐廳和會議室之類的配套服務，這就要專業人士來評了。早餐花樣不多，但廚師小哥態度很好，值得表揚。另外要説的就是，這露台房就衹有五層有，關鍵露台（見照片）是全部連起來的，安全問題先不説，外牆高的衹能看看遠方的山頭，露台的意義在哪裡呢？
設施：齊全。衹是淋浴房門有點問題。
衞生：還好。沒發現明顯問題。
服務：不錯，尤其餐廳廚師值得表揚。

還可以，住的還行，酒店就這樣了，沒啥服務，房間一般，整體還行吧……，太晚入住了，睡醒就撤了，沒有吃早餐，不給早餐評價了

酒店空調沒效果，一夜升了3度。房間裏的馬桶還時不時有故障，，早餐也很差勁，，如果湊合住一下，不要緊，講究的話，不建議選擇
