酒店設施齊全，交通方便，服務特別好。前台小姐姐發現入住當日是我老公的生日，特地給我們送上了生日麪和小蛋糕，餐廳和客房的服務人員都很熱情，真是一次愉快的住宿體驗。

酒店位於建甌市中心出行方便，有提供免費車位，服務熱情周到。早餐品種豐富有當地小吃，酒店硬件設施偏陳舊些，但在建甌算是不錯的酒店

應該是建甌最好的酒店了，位置不錯，服務也很好。還在一條江的邊上，算是江景了。出門就是市中心了，逛街，購物都方便。

酒店房間雖然重新裝修過，但是還是老式的酒店樣子，房間換上地板木，外面走廊還是地毯，很臭，應該是用太久了，價位偏高，這種設施在縣級市300左右最多了

環境：比較復古，有種2000年前後的感覺。位置很中心，應該是建甌很高檔的酒店了。很多人辦酒席，辦活動。在前台看到的價格也不便宜，對於縣城來説算是挺貴了。
衞生：一進房間有股子黴味混合消毒水味，可能是淡季住的人不多。開了一夜空調之後味道消失了。

建州古城，酒店在建甌市中心，去哪兒都很方便。房間略舊，可已經是當地最好的酒店了，春節期間肉眼可見的火爆，全部滿房。

以前每次去建甌都住在金龍大酒店，這次想要換個酒店體驗一下，通過攜程網訂了家興大酒店，非常不錯，房間超大，衞浴是名牌美標，被褥比較乾燥很好，停車方便保安服務特別周到，早餐還行。

房間乾淨整潔，定的8樓豪華大床房，面積大，設施齊全，窗外是居民小區和廚房位置，還算安靜。酒店外面隔條馬路就是建溪，環境不錯。早餐環境不錯。
