在建甌算是很不錯的酒店了，在當地來説可以打95分吧，如果説有什麼不滿意的，1️⃣房屋門居然是兩間類似一個門很沒有私密性2️⃣屋子沙發區域地板感覺很空踩起來會有響聲，不太舒服。剩下都非常滿意早餐很不錯

環境：比較復古，有種2000年前後的感覺。位置很中心，應該是建甌很高檔的酒店了。很多人辦酒席，辦活動。在前台看到的價格也不便宜，對於縣城來説算是挺貴了。
衞生：一進房間有股子黴味混合消毒水味，可能是淡季住的人不多。開了一夜空調之後味道消失了。

建州古城，酒店在建甌市中心，去哪兒都很方便。房間略舊，可已經是當地最好的酒店了，春節期間肉眼可見的火爆，全部滿房。

以前每次去建甌都住在金龍大酒店，這次想要換個酒店體驗一下，通過攜程網訂了家興大酒店，非常不錯，房間超大，衞浴是名牌美標，被褥比較乾燥很好，停車方便保安服務特別周到，早餐還行。
