前台小姐姐很有禮貌，温馨告知事項提醒， 衞生乾淨舒服，晚上睡覺很安靜不影響，窗外夜景很美，推薦住高點，下次還會再來。贈送的甜點爆贊👍

第一次去建甌，在攜程上搜尋了一下看到這家酒店有四星，23年開業，應該還不錯！不到房間大失所望，標註着28平方結果房間很小，只有18-20左右，不相符！衞生更是差的一塌糊塗，所謂的智能衹不過是馬桶上加了一圈！標註着有洗衣房，結果連洗衣機都沒有，本身就是奔着設施去的，結果什麼都沒有，酒店也沒給出任何説法，服務態度非常差！送的果盤水果也不新鮮！還不如不送，影響心情，還不如一百塊錢的賓館

要續房，一直催催催，又不是不付錢，退房交也行吧又不會賴掉，説會去繳費了半夜電話還打不停，以後不會再訂這家，我朋友好不容易來一趟。

路過建甌臨時定的酒店，比較好的點是酒店樓下就是酒樓，就餐方便（如果可以直接在房間內點單就更好了,畢竟舟車勞頓），晚上還有送甜品過來。但是讓人鬱悶的是房間隔音真的一般，再加上當晚住同一層的客人素質較低，一直到三點多還在相互串門+大聲説話，被影響到完全無法入睡。

乾淨衞生設施不錯，床比較舒適，可惜廁所偏小，其他各方面還是比較滿意的。下一次來繼續入住餐飲，各方面配套也是不錯的

是個舉辦婚宴的地方騰出來做酒店的樣子，前台不在一樓，價錢平時不知道多少，但是過年期間接近四百在建甌已經算不便宜了，最大的勝點是還是比較新的地方，設施是智能的，馬桶也是智能的還不錯，有點心，不在的時候會送進來，早餐還可以，總體來説還行吧～

元旦去黃山遊玩第一晚打尖的地方，整個大樓都是他家的，規模很大，因為晚上7.8點才到，問了前台附近哪裡吃飯，告訴我們樓下餐廳可以點菜，很自信的告訴我們菜價不貴味道很不錯的，我們點了菜還給送到房間，還給送了水果，晚上又送了一次水果和甜品，早餐也很豐富，建甌特色的豆漿米粉很不錯。
