房間設施新，桌面較小，攤東西的位置不太夠。窗簾可以小愛語音控制，窗對着居民小區，還算安靜。地理位置處於城市的邊邊，酒店大門對着江的一面有點凌亂，旁邊是在建工程，地面黃土飛揚，好處是停車方便，隨便停。進到酒店就很亮堂乾淨，前台服務好，交代清晰。走路倆個路口，到人民政府的北面，就可以到比較熱鬧的地方了，吃飯逛街都很方便。我看評價説早餐不好，但我們覺得還不錯，餐廳乾淨整潔，豆漿，白粥，小鹹菜，還有建甌特色小點心。洗衣房比較迷你，洗完衣服配有衣櫃式烘乾櫃。
