佳木斯墾區賓館地處主要街區，道路交叉口，火車站對面，交通出行方便，周邊許多小飯館，便利店，每天有早市吃飯很方便，酒店門前可以停車，衞生好垃圾及時清理，前台和樓層的服務好。

離車站及客運站很近、但房間並不吵，進出方便、服務態度好、我們想吃當地松花江的魚、老闆娘給我們介紹了一家非常好的魚館、是我們東北之行吃的最滿意的一次，性價比非常高的酒店

我們是作為火車站鐘點房訂的，比想象的要好一些。離長途車站和火車站都不遠，裏面有個小電梯，雖然一次最多三人乘坐，但不用拽着行李箱爬樓就好。裏面設備挺全，乾淨衞生，就是標間的衞生間門是玻璃的，沒有遮擋，問保潔説衹能拿浴袍什麼的擋一下，感覺不太方便，其他都不錯。

必須大大點讚的一家酒店，剛進入酒店，服務小姐就給免費咖啡、茶水，還贈送一份小禮品，房間非常寬敞明亮，佈局非常合理，淋浴和馬桶乾濕分離，洗手池又是一個單獨位置，三者都物理分離，面積都很大，很舒服，毛巾都進行了消毒並用塑料袋密封擺放，床、被子、枕頭也非常舒服，特別驚喜的是可以洗衣並烘乾哦，服務員親自安排給我們洗衣烘乾，還疊好烘乾後的衣服，早市就在樓下，非常熱鬧也很大，整個住宿期間非常開心，也是我們這次東北邊境遊感受最好的賓館，真心推薦。5號服務員服務很熱情，及時收拾屋子，發現我落下了衣服，及時提醒，感謝。

離火車站很近，交通非常方便，房間也乾淨整潔，性價比超級高。特別誇一誇服務，好棒！前台熱情周到，幫我們寄存了一下午行李；一樓有免費的咖啡、水、零食；給我們房間做客房服務的7號特別認真負責，衣服都幫我們疊好放在床邊。

位置非常方便，就在火車站對面，打車十塊錢之內市區基本哪都能去，晚上吃過飯可以去江邊遛彎兒！提供的早餐挺豐富的，而且服務熱情周到細緻，我因為第二天早上趕車的原因不能吃早飯，前台美女還專門把麪包、餅乾、麻花、水等東西送到房間，讓我帶走路上吃！非常感謝賓館員工的周到服務，下回來還住這裏！

非常非常好的賓館，可以説是驚艷，剛裝修過，非常乾淨環保，關鍵是服務理念温馨，跟二十多年前去歐洲城市入住的小賓館感覺像，連進門氣味也像，現磨咖啡的豆子很不錯，意式的口感極佳，其它小食也非常棒，早餐是外面合作餐館提供，可送房間也可自行去吃，總之特別好，性價比遠超其它連鎖酒店，強力推薦。
