房間夠大夠寬敞，且衞生條件也比較好，酒店位置也不錯，到油坊街和江邊也比較方便，白天停車位比較緊張，5點以後就比較好停車了，灑店的熱水夠大但水温不行，不夠熱，我們居住的房間洗臉盆下水道有堵塞現象，下水很慢，還有就是房間有小冰箱但是壞的，元法使用，其它還行。

酒店的位置位於市中心，交通便利樓下有停車場非常方便，前台服務人員非常熱情周到和細心幫助客人解決各種問題，房間內乾淨整潔舒適，到江邊步行十幾分鍾就到，周邊吃飯超市都非常方便，下次來還住這裏。

非常滿意的酒店，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，還給免費升級了房型。這是第二次入住該酒店了，以後衹要來佳木斯都會選擇這家酒店。
酒店地理位置優越，離火車站和濱江公園都不遠，附近有家川湘菜餐廳“蜂巢”相當推薦，連着去吃了好幾次。

一家很有性價比的賓館。賓館門前停車停車方便。衞生間乾濕沒有分開。
晚上睡覺賓館很安靜，睡得香香的。
出門兒很近，就是大潤發。
開車去日本鐵路江南碉堡遺址也不是太遠。
走路到松花江邊，大概800m。
