非常差的一次體驗，人還沒到，就被別人冒名頂替入住了。攜程無能，無法提供優質服務，各種推諉；最終在抵達酒店後，酒店無法提供所謂入住人的訊息，大家住該酒店一定要警惕些，酒店除了位置好，其他都很一般；不推薦入住

酒店位置在市中心，周圍很多的大商場購物吃飯都是很方便的，房間設施還可以，使用地毯的話總是會有不好聞的味道，佳木斯遊玩的地方很多的再住一天。

本月3號入住凱撒大酒店一進大廳感覺很好，前台大廳接待人員服務熱情周到，很有素質，進入房間後衞生乾淨，被褥整潔，設施齊全，室內通風很好，有事叫服務人員隨叫隨到，感覺很好給個大大的👍🏻
