好:房間老大了，乾淨暖和，都不用開空調，老熱了
樓層高，敞亮，窗外沒有建築物
本樓樓下就是超市，周圍也都是小吃，奶茶店
壞:不隔音，樓道聲控燈，來人了開燈就咳咳咳
洗澡流水都在馬桶周圍，每次都得擦
一次性鞋墊，穿上就壞了，1元聽個響，2元聽2
延遲退房要等當天那時間，等沒有人訂房的，這個有需求的得注意一下
投影儀沒用，2點可以進屋，這時候就可以先問一下房間號，同時給一個指引，這個指引就很詳細，第一次找不到入口，沒有牌子

來佳木斯考試的店主很有耐心跟圖片一樣的房間挺大有桌椅辦公學習都行高層，附一張外景喵喵喵

房間很大，很乾凈，就像民宿上圖片上一樣的。設施很不錯，除了平常酒店的所有設施外，還配備了投影儀，很高清，畫質感人。周邊更是下樓就是大學，小吃一條街，很方便！推薦！

性價比不錯，樓下就是小吃街，很方便，停車也方便。是個老商住樓，唯一問題就是那邊居住的環境有點複雜，會聽到一些吵鬧的聲音

房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，提供了高質量的床上用品，讓人能夠得到良好的休息。
房間內的設施齊全，有空調、電視、免費無線網絡等，滿足了日常的使用需求。
衞生間設施也很不錯，乾淨無異味，熱水供應充足，洗浴用品質量較好。
