設施新，服務優
唯獨枕頭增加有硬度的，對頸椎不好的人更多選擇，兩宿沒睡好就是這個枕頭問題。其他全季是有乳膠枕的，期待下次入住有選擇哦！

😍酒店位置好，出行去任何地方都方便。前台一羣美麗的姑娘提供微笑式服務，親切可愛☺
房間乾淨明亮，設施設備很時尚適用，電熱馬桶，乾乾淨淨的床品，配備4個枕頭。回到房間辦公也很方便，泡一壺酒店提供的茶，配上提供的牛軋糖，温暖舒適。酒店一樓大堂寬敞，坐在窗邊，喝上兩杯酒店的Costa.拍拍照片讀讀書，出差生活真美好

前進區中山路酒店一條街，全季酒店是其中一個新酒店。前台接待總是笑容滿面，有活力，讓客人賓至如歸。從前台服務，到客房服務，到餐飲服務，再到保安大哥服務，都是那麼讓顧客舒服，自然熱情，一如既往的支持。

前台小姐提前在電話裏就讓辦卡，明確告訴不辦，就像聽不懂話，辦理入住的時候又要求辦卡，拒絕後拉個臉子，問她餐廳在哪裡，也不説，就説我們不包含早餐，我訂的明明是含早的！經過攜程客服的溝通，我又下樓找她，她説她剛才看錯了，是有早餐的！ 另外我還用bcd定了一個房間，她也告知沒有早餐，最後我又付了兩個早餐錢，因為涉及到報銷對賬，無法更改等於我多付了一個早餐錢。到酒店已經晚上8點了，晚上9點半才解決早餐問題，處理的結果就是由於前台的問題，我還多付了一個早餐，整體體驗感太差了！奉勸大家，華駐這樣私企儘量遠離吧！

房間乾淨舒適，每次出差都首選全季，住着很安心，服務也好，早餐也很乾凈好吃，前台小姐姐服務也很周到，會細心幫忙挑選房型，尤其感謝9月26日晚上6點幫忙辦理入住的小姐姐，態度很好，按照我的喜好幫我選擇房間，下次去佳木斯出差還會去這裏入住。
