大堂：進去大堂，味道難聞，有廁所味道
房間：進入後發現煙灰缸還有使用過的香煙
廁所：廁所清理不乾淨，因為體驗感很差，所以沒有洗澡，看着不乾淨
服務員：人員少，發現有煙灰缸後更換了房間，需要自己去換卡，溝通後才同時他們代換卡，退房後又電話詢問我們是否退房還是繼續住，業務很差
設施：老舊，房間投影沒有電影可選擇，都是要收費的，而且還多廣告插播
空調：需要喚醒房間小度，經常失靈，而且空調供暖反應很遲緩
插頭：房間充電是換的，不能使用，衹能用插頭

房間不錯裝修風格也比較新，空調也是語音控制的，挺方便的，床不柔軟慢回彈非常舒服。起床之後叫小度拉開窗簾，讓房間充滿陽光，整天的心情都好了。性價比還是可以的

差評差評差評，氣的我不行，定房時就真應該聽取網上評價的，吵的別想睡覺，首先愉快的辦理入住，前台小姐姐服務也ok，晚上半夜11點開始，樓下Ktv 咚咚咚吵的要命，持續到零辰2.3點，別想睡覺。因為出差起的早，衞生間門不知道怎麼打不開了，打前台電話叫服務員過來開門，服務員空手進房試了一下對着手裡的麥説了一句話：“她也打不開”頭也不回的就走了，我叫也沒叫應，也沒説怎麼辦，我都無語了，就這態度？我又給前台打了2次打電話説我趕時間，半天才有人來開門，8點多了還以為他們沒上班，一大早的，廁所上不了，臉洗不了，想直接走人，東西又關在衞生間裏，真是惱火

酒店各方面都表現出色。位置優越，鬧中取靜，周邊景點眾多。房間佈置簡約大方，空間利用合理，乾淨整潔。浴室設施好用，淋浴噴頭出水均勻。酒店的餐廳提供豐富的美食，無論是中餐還是西餐，味道都很不錯。服務人員熱情專業，入住和退房流程順暢，為這次旅行增添了不少美好回憶。

空調製冷 衞生比較乾淨 除了不怎麼隔音 能夠聽見隔壁房間的聲音 還有淋雨房的噴頭壞了 滲水 就是最不能忍受的是穿着深色針織衫在床上睡了一下 一身都是白色的頭皮屑 説明被子不夠乾淨 千萬別裸睡 不然會癢死 希望老闆可以把被子床單的衞生把關

反正非常差勁吧，拿房的時候叫前台給一張取電卡前台半天不給。溝通後給了後上電梯發現房卡開不了門，壓根沒給你制房卡，又要下來重新刷，服務員一個勁不情願，好不容易入住了，問服務員拿幾瓶水巨多服務員説每個房間兩瓶水，還要的話兩塊一瓶。開空調遙控器也不能用，面板也不能用，最後説衹能喊小度控制空調。反正這麼説吧，在縣城本想訂相對是最貴的體驗會好點，結果壓根沒有任何體驗，全是不靠譜，麻煩，千萬別住這裏！！！坑！
