環境算是這個縣城好的地方，服務也還行。但是，一大早酒店敲鑼打鼓接親，風俗習慣我能理解，可我是來休息的，不是來聽廣場舞的啊。

不怎麼樣，不知道是正規華天還是山寨華天，服務態度也不咋地 還有早餐不包含能理解。但住一晚衹給兩瓶小號水，過了第二天不續住就要買水，並且衹有買水了，才給規格大一號的農夫山泉，也開不了票。。。（奢侈類的住過，快捷類的，民宿類的都住過。要收費人家也衹是第四瓶要收費，，並且也沒有什麼迎賓的服務態度。語氣冷漠。這個酒店在過年期間真的顯得格外生分）下次不來了。不推薦，唯一的好就是環境還不錯。

設施：設備設施的老化非常明顯，一年不如一年
衞生：很多角落衞生處理的都不到位，也許地毯顏色深看不見
環境：室外的環境還是可以的，畢竟還是有一個園林區
服務：本次體會最深刻的就是服務，從鋪床開始，每一個工作環節都要詢問這樣行不行？那樣行不行？客户並不是來給你做培訓的。一會兒説自己很忙，可不可以待會過來？問題是你人都來了，做完再走不行嗎，真的很忙，你可以不用出現。最後一點，遺落在酒店的洗髮水套裝，絲域三件套，至少還有一大半消失不見。

環境不錯！安靜，設施齊全，性價比高！關鍵是服務好，訂錯日期了，錯過了入住時間，酒店不但繼續執原訂單，而且還執行原優惠！大堂很舒服，聊事情方便。

泡温泉以後想回房間沖個熱水澡，結果放了10分鐘那個熱水都是冷的，求助前台諮詢給出結果，讓我把洗漱台的熱水檔位和洗澡間的熱水檔位同時持續放開幾分鐘等水熱，按此方法七八分鐘後才稍微有熱水，這樣的設施在哪都沒碰到，大冬天的住個賓館來冷到感冒，希望酒店方改善並重示此等問題，並能提前提醒。

房間設施缺乏維護，一樓靠窗台窗户關不緊，聯繫前台後表示無法維修也無法換房，衹有將陽台紗窗關閉

酒店不是很新.在温泉酒店邊上，但不是温泉酒店！！！酒店總層3層，房間算多.那就註定會有很長的走廊，七彎八拐，走的很遠！
