深圳返程山東途徑，第一次過來時間比較晚，酒店前台小姐姐服務態度很好，耐心給介紹了當地的美食，關鍵是退房後有兩樣東西落在了房間，主動聯繫我們及快遞，最終順利寄出，再次感謝🌹🌹，下次過來一定首選這家酒店❤❤

服務員都很熱情，房間打掃的很乾凈，最讓我們滿意的是有洗衣房，而且酒店提供免費的洗衣液，還有烘乾機，住這麼多酒店還從來沒碰到過，為你們點贊！這麼新的酒店美中不足的有二個方面，一是有幾個房間下水道異味難聞，這麼好的房間有點可惜了；二是有二個房間冷熱水龍頭接錯，細節需改進。

設施：設施比較新也比較全，但是維護好像一般
衞生：衞生狀況還行，預訂兩間酒店，其中一間上面有尿漬，後來讓服務人員打掃了。另外一間進去就反臭，後來在要求下更換了房間
環境：酒店位於新城，周邊沒什麼吃的，公共空間乾淨亮堂
服務：酒店服務還不錯，前台一位女生負責處理，早餐也還可以接受

每次去海南都會選擇在嘉禾入住，這次選的酒店環境衞生都挺不錯的，晚上下高速快12點了，停車很方便，一家三口定的雙人間，前台兩個小美女服務態度超棒的，還免費給升級了房間，還有雙早，孩子免費，讓我們體驗了嘉禾當地的風味早餐，唯一有個小缺陷，中央空調效果不是蠻好，開到半夜温度才降下來，被子太厚了，其他的都很不錯，關鍵是乾淨，自助早餐的地方不大，但是服務員都超有禮貌和服務意識，很滿意

房間很乾凈，透過窗户就能看見小區風景，帶着孩子一起出行的，孩子很喜歡這裏的早餐，前台還有咖啡奶茶和糖果

體驗感很好，設施很新，寬敞。洗漱沐浴也很寬敞，鏡子大有燈。包2份早餐很划算，種類很多。前台還送了小孩一份早餐券。前台免費的咖啡忘記喝了。還送了一袋禮品，裏面是好品牌的零食，好幾包，還有奈雪的飲品。不是什麼雜牌子的零食。👍👍👍👍
