優點：酒店位置很好，去景點和吃美食都很近，還提供一次性面巾，值得點贊。
缺點：1、衞生有待加強，桌面有不少灰塵，窗台上許多死蚊子，衞生間還發現了三衹蟑螂。2、服務意識需要提升，洗手池後水管漏水，打電話給前台，前台説換水管要很久，如果房間沒動就換房間，因太累提出可否把換的房卡送上來，前台説衹有一個人，需要自己下樓去換，因實在太累就沒換。
另外，建議酒店可以配置幾個枱燈，如客人需要，可以提供給客人使用。

衞生差，服務也差，我開了個雙床房，這麼熱的天氣，房間兩瓶免費的水喝完了，打電話給前台再送二瓶水，前台不願意，説免費的衹有二瓶，再送要出錢，我也是服了，在外出差十幾年第一次遇到這情況，兩瓶水的事，我會告訴身邊朋友一定不要去住柏縵酒店
