衞生差，服務也差，我開了個雙床房，這麼熱的天氣，房間兩瓶免費的水喝完了，打電話給前台再送二瓶水，前台不願意，説免費的衹有二瓶，再送要出錢，我也是服了，在外出差十幾年第一次遇到這情況，兩瓶水的事，我會告訴身邊朋友一定不要去住柏縵酒店

開門時候房間有一點味道，開了空調好多了。床墊不太好，床品還不錯。房間衞生做得不錯，走道和電梯間有點陳舊。因為帶狗，不好找酒店，這個價位也不能挑剔吧。還是給好評吧

太喜歡這個房間了，我説要一個大點的房間工作人員就給我安排了個大點的房間，浴室也挺大的，自己一個人出來玩，非常開心，床鋪也挺乾淨的，很喜歡這家店的服務態度，下次來吉安還會住這家店
