一出吉安站被吉安的雨淋的一身濕,打着滴也花了20分鐘,晚上19：00來到前台,美女櫃員貼心的問了對客房的要求, 不止很快的幫我處理好入住手續,無煙樓層,客房升等豪華房,迎賓水果都幫我處理妥當,得以儘快換下濕衣及鞋洗了個舒適熱水澡。
翌日晨早為了趕搭高鐵,沒時間等快遞來提貨,早班前台美女"小尹"熱心的接下寄存要寄的物件並讓我留下個人訊息,解決了我沒法等快遞取貨的困擾。
至於客房設施用品及早餐,希爾頓歡朋系列的高水平我就不必再贅述,有圖片可説明,倒是以上兩件本地美女的暖心服務,除了服務的作業標準外,更需人的內心對服務的熱誠及同理心,才是這次入住體驗最值得一提的,臨出門前“小尹"還備了水及水果,方便行程食用,更準備了會員入會卡套,更是在希爾頓歡朋系列首見的暖心服務,讓我更是喜出望外。

酒店在吉安算是高檔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱台夠大，就是裝修老些，電視屏幕小，電梯等的時間長了，點贊晚上送了小點心水果

衞生：挺好的
環境：酒店大堂門口停了一排車，裝卸行李很受影響，沒人管。
服務：我們有個飲料忘在冰箱裏，想讓前台處理一下，客房居然順走了。

環境不錯，交通方便。
服務人員熱情友好，態度好。
酒店環境好 地理位置好 停車和交通方便 房間配置也都挺齊全的 前台小程服務好 熱情有耐心 整體入住體驗感不錯。
入住前有電話溝通需求，有歡迎水果和晚安牛奶，入住後還給了小禮品在路上吃。這酒店住出星級酒店的軟件服務。咋呢。
