在市區一個小區裏，是自家住房改造的，具體位置不是特別好找，好在阿姨比較熱情耐心。硬件設施肯定比不上酒店，不過環境和衞生還是不錯的。總體性價比很高，適合學生黨來吉安窮遊時居住。

老闆娘人很好，找不到地方一個個出門接的，房間環境衞生都不錯，就是浴室衹有一個，那天房間被去考試的學生訂滿了，用浴室有點不方便，要是多幾個單人間帶獨衞就更好了

阿姨真的很好的人，滿分五分阿姨十分！剛訂了房人還在火車上，就接到阿姨電話説明一些事宜。到達小區時天黑了，打給阿姨就出來接我啦。還叫我小妹妹，哈。我可不小了。房間和床鋪都寬敞乾淨，我在時人很少，衞生間也不搶，和隔壁女孩也聊得來。青旅很安逸，推薦。兩層樓，青旅在二樓，阿姨住一樓還有個菜園子。離幾個站牌都很近，去白鷺洲書院、青原山、吉州窯等接駁都方便。就是公交要等很久。推薦青原山。喜歡吉州窯的古茶瓷博物館，很不錯還有宋代點茶體驗（88元）

房東阿姨人很熱情也很好説話，而且價格便宜環境也挺不錯，住宿相對安靜體驗挺好的，預算低的我十分推薦這家。

在小區裏面，小區位置挺好的，生活非常方便，去哪都挺近的，附近吃的挺多的，老闆很熱情，是那種一樓的院子複式樓，住客都在二樓，有一個大客廳和陽台，臨時住一兩天還是可以的，就是人多衞生間用起來比較不方便，其他倒還好。
