環境：裝修很新，位置不錯，離人民廣場 天虹 步行街都是步行幾分鐘的距離，出門走兩分鐘再過個馬路就有公交站
衞生：乾淨整潔
設施：房間寬敞，拖鞋毛巾一次性牙刷牙膏等都有，有鏡子，衣架，桌椅
服務：有每日打掃，會把一次性洗漱用品和礦泉水都換成新的。訂了兩天，第二天改變計劃想退掉第二天的，前台説她那裡退不了，讓我在平台退，我沒找到電話，她也幫**作申請退了
總體來説都還不錯，性價比高，下次去吉安還考慮定這家

第二次入住了，這次是過渡一晚，第二天坐高鐵，三床房，家人體驗感還不錯，唯一有個小建議，退房的客人在房間裏吸了煙，清掃的阿姨要打開窗户通風換氣，我們昨天入住的時候被滿房的煙味嗆了半天，打開窗户和門，散味道。

服務是無可挑剔！前台工作人員熱情高效，辦理手續時主動推薦了周邊隱藏景點，還貼心地幫我們升級了房型。客房阿姨每天打掃都格外細緻，甚至會順手整理好散落的行李，細節滿分。特別感謝客房阿姨，在我們提出需求後幾分鐘就響應解決，專業又周到。
