首先入住就説了不要電梯旁和靠馬路的，結果就安排的電梯和馬路，凌晨三點入住的就懶得理論直接睡了。第二天早上8.50服務員來敲門，直接用卡把門刷開了，我們聽見馬上説裏面有人，服務員説這個房間退費了！結果直接就那樣把門開着，20分鐘後迷迷糊糊的起來自己關了。結果10點又來一次，又是直接把門開了，如果不是我有習慣上了鏈鎖，就直接上新聞了，衣服都沒有穿。而且不知道什麼情況窗户一直在響。

房間洗漱台上很多灰塵，沒有房型説升級到電競房，但電腦不讓用
住的在三樓，但沒有電梯，有行李很不方便，同事酒店一次性拖鞋需要另付款5元，不送拖鞋上樓
沒有毛巾衹要浴巾，

到的時間比預訂入住時間晚，但是沒有房，臨時才讓阿姨打掃出一間房，出門逛了一圈以留下足夠的時間給店家打掃。入住後，發現房間的衞生間下水口一坨毛髮，被子裏面有毛髮，桌子上有毛髮，衞生間的拖鞋上還沾了假睫毛，懷疑草草了事，太敷衍了，而且我的房費因為考試漲了很多，房間卻連基本的乾淨清潔都沒有做到😅
而且晚上有幾波蚊蟲，夏天入住的同志要準備好防蚊蟲叮咬的葯！

電競酒店，電腦不行開什麼電競酒店？開局十分鐘跟我説一會電腦要死機十幾分鍾，之後另外一台機就開不了機了，點遊戲提示未下載讓找客服，打電話去前台結果通知維修的技術不在吉安，真的**，開個雙排房一個電腦玩不了，另外一台玩到一半直接藍屏了，打四把遊戲兩把掛機，想封號就來這玩

位置很好找，簡易乾淨。離能仁巷很近，可以去品嚐一下那裡的美食。前台服務態度好，酒店就在馬路邊上，交通很方便

強烈建議排氣系統改善一下，既然有了防盜窗就該把玻璃窗户全打開，稍微抽幾根煙，就滿房間煙味，這個麻將機上面的抽煙機馬力太小了
