Major issue is Poor management and service quality and standards As a hotel. Few eg. 1. Contrary to MMT pkg details - Breakfast was supposed in restaurant but hotel itself assumes that customer knows that they serve breakfast in room against served order only. 2. Poor listening skills of staff- staff are basically not trained enough and lack of focus on guest experience . 3. No welcome gesture or uggage carrying assistance provided despite asking during checking and checkout. Also lift wasn't working. 4 basics facilities lacking like - no guidance given on TV, slipper was not provided unless aske Location is good and at few times some staff were hospitable and cooperative. Feedback is more on management's lack of focus and attention to maintaining service quality and standards as promised in MMT booking. Location if hotel is really good.

The hotel looked old and the rooms were spooky with no sunlight. The toilets were also dirty and lacked hygiene

Shrinath palace...pathetic hotel, horrible service, survived mishappening in hotel washroom.. fortunately we cancelled main function from your property and shifted to Lemon tree...Mo literate staff..currently 4th class management is appointed at hotel..

Over priced hotel not good ambience not good service very bad breakfast experience extra bed quality is very poor washroom are not working well hot water not available in washroom.
