Jhansi hotel provides best services . It's the best destination for party , weddings and engagement function . Mr mohar , the hotel manager and other staff members were kind and cordial .

It is a great place for any sort of event. The Hotel staff was awesome, They were gentle and polite. The staff is very much co-operative. The Rooms were well maintained and same goes for the Banquet. It is located in the ckean and silent environment and the atmosphere over there was great. The manager and the other hotel staff made sure if everything is fine and the event is ip to the mark. Only thing to keep in mind is the time constraint, as it is Cant area so music is not allowed after 10 PM. Rest everything was fine and the overall experience was worth remembering and overwhelming.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the jhansi hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I encountered made me feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. I appreciated the little details — from the quality of the linens to the well-stocked amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and the room always felt fresh and tidy. The hotel facilities were top-notch — the restaurant served delicious meals with great service. The location was perfect as well — close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

When I called to check the room availability, Hemant at the front desk declined availability, said they have no parking and when I asked me to connect to his manager, he said there is no one other than him who I could speak to. He was lying for no reason and acting smart for no reason. Everyone at the hotel has terrible attitude. Pls avoid.

Useless hotel. Please avoid . Manager incompetent. Staff unresponsive. Food average. Room below average. Loud music heard in rooms when party going on Wifi poor . Poor parking . Nothing good about it . no hot water 24 hrs. Waiters not trained.
