Staff was polite. Not a good hotel. Not worth the tariff paid per day. Will not recommend or book again.

Nice, safe, and family friendly place to stay. Cozy, neat, and clean rooms. Great food. And, they have parking space. Around 5-6 cars can be parked inside the property and there is enough parking space just outside the hotel which is being taken care of by the hotel security staff. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Location - easy to find. Market place nearby approximately at a distance of 1. 5 -2 km. Rooms - spacious and very tastefully done. All amenities are available as committed. Ambience - well maintained and elegantly designed. Amenities - fully functional restaurant and prompt room service. Service - satisfying. Staff was really helpful and courteous. We stayed overnight on our journey to pachmarhi.
