There was stain on the toilet seat, and the bathroom took a long time to drain. The room was tiny, and although they had a folding bed for an extra person, they initially tried to give us just a mattress. Only when we objected did they provide a bed. The restaurant was very small with insufficient staff, leading to overcrowding during breakfast. It was completely mismanaged. Additionally, they overcharged us ₹299 for our dinner order and didn’t even provide the bill at check out. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel. I would never recommend this hotel. Akashi From New Delhi.

The hotel is no doubt excellent but the staff is what it makes or breaks. We found Ms. Shraddha to be very courteous, soft spoken, helpful in all aspects and importantly customer centric. Bricks and mortar does not make a hotel; it is employees like Ms. Shraddha which makes it a place worth visiting and staying in. Bless Her

Amezing Hotel Regenta Place Jhansi by Royal Orchid Hotel Pvt Ltd. Excellent service in flavour,The staff at this hotel were very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner,breakfast & sweets (specially Pinxx Food). special thanks to Mr.Rajesh J.Dennis is Number 01 in the all World Sales Director & (staff ) Ms.Aneey and Mr.Maloye F&B Director also, I will always come this hotel.

Must visit property. Very good ambience & well behaved staff. Food is delicious. Also if someone wants to plan a party with family or friends it has very beautiful halls & lounge. Vegetarian dishes are really tasty. The property is centrally located & near to all tourist spots of Jhansi

Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel, with an attentive staff and amazing food. The deal given was very good considering the kind of facilities provided. The room had adequate space, good bathroom including a lavish bathtub. Thanks to the GM, Mr Rajesh and entire support staff.

This hotel REGENTA by Orchid is amazing and fabulous . Staff is very welcoming and adhering to the needs of the guest . Location is good and access to nearby attractions . Very happy to stay here . Thanks to Mr Anil - Manager who paid close attention to us . Will surely stay again and recommend to family and friends
