Guest access The estate is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a $500 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable $35 damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. • The maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 16 guests. Any booking that exceeds this number requires prior approval and may incur an additional cleaning fee. • Primary renter to be at least 25 years old • No Smoking • No Vaping inside • Weapons are strictly prohibited • Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc. • Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the Property. • We strictly do not allow Parties or Extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 10PM. • Please do not trespass on property boundaries • Ticks, bugs, and wildlife are a regular part of Jewett, NY. Tick prevention sprays for yards are very toxic to animals and pets, so we do not use them. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside. • Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited • Please read: The neighborhood is a quiet family neighborhood. Loud parties are not allowed and will result in a ($) fine.
