The airport is about 20 mins from the hotel and cost about EUR46. As we arrived early morning into Brussels, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and go for a wonder into the city. The hotel also due to availability allowed earlier check in later in the day which was ideal. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were within 10 mins walking location of all the major tourist sights including Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, Choco Museum as well as some historical stunning Churches, some of which were literally on the other side of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by many different restaurants and cafes - of all budgets including so many halal options which was a total surprise. There are also supermarkets within walking distance for water/snacks etc. Room was cleaned everyday and all staff were always friendly and attentive. Facilities in the room include tea/coffee making and one bottle of water as well as the standard things. Breakfast - excellent variety, plentiful, fresh and delicious and all staff were very friendly and cheerful especially towards children which was great to see. Worth paying extra to include breakfast. Swimming Pool - small but was ideal and my son enjoyed this, shallow water which is perfect for children. There is also some gaming/fun for children in the lounge. Again due to late evening flight, we were able to leave our luggage and do last minute shopping and a visit to the Choco Museum. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we visit Brussels and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

We really liked the hotel itself and it was all newly renovated and looked good and was tidy, both lobby, stairway/elevator and room. The room was big but with basic interior, like nightstands were stools from Ikea. There was no refrigerator which was inconvenient in the heat. The hotel is rather close to the city center and only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center, however the hotel seems to be located in a sketchy neighbourhood and not many tourists in the area. We were recommended by locals to take a taxi/uber back to the hotel during the nights.

I was whisked away to old world opulence as I walked into Le Plaza. The ornate chandelier, intricate carpet, and polished seating created a luxurious atmosphere. I was greeted by a friendly night front desk staff member named Ashley. He checked me in quickly and let me know that I could order something to eat if I was hungry. The elevator ride up to my room was a delight. The hallway was decorated in a vintage style, and my room, 534, felt like a miniature villa. The bathroom was gorgeous, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was a bit of a mix of vintage and modern, with a flat screen TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light, and I woke up feeling luxurious every morning. The food at Le Plaza was delicious. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The service was also excellent. I never had to wait long for anything, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. I injured myself during my stay, and Ashley and the other night staff member, Luis, were very helpful. They gave me first aid supplies and helped me get ice for my injury. I was very grateful for their help. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Le Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The location of the hotel is great. It's in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions The hotel offers a variety of room types, so you can find the perfect one for your needs. The hotel was rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. Check-in and check-out was efficient and quick. The airport shuttle ran frequently and was reliable.

Location was good, breakfast was good.Room,which not facing the main street was Ok.In the beginnig of our vacation we had a room facing main street.It was extremly noisy and hot.Hotel doesn”t have AC.So on the hot days you can”t even open the window because of noise. The reception people were very nice and very helpful for any question and problem.Especially I would like to thank Mercedes,Ettienne and Rashid. Somebody mentioned the pillows - I agree,time to change it. But overall it was Ok.

Probably the worse experience check-in so far! We arrived early and asked politely to the staff what time is the check-in, this particular staff name Tobe M. was very rude and responded at 3pm. So we went around town and came back at 2:50pm to check-in, this staff was very unfriendly saying it was not 3:00pm yet, eventually he let us in. But overall the check-in experience was such a nigh**are. Breakfast was good though.

Overall, it's good. The room is relatively large and the facilities are good. However, the decoration of the hotel is a bit noisy. Another drawback is that the door of the shower room is not fully closed. Water comes out when taking a shower. There are also shower gel bottles for the two rooms we booked. The head that you press down is all broken. The hotel should check the facilities regularly.

Stayed here 2 nights with family of 4. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Food (ex. Pizza) and beverages are available in the lobby any time of the day. This hotel is roughly a 30 min drive from the Gare du Nord. Pros: - Around 5-10 min walk to the nearest train station and another 10-15min train ride to the city (2.10 euro for a single ticket) - Laundry room (with iron) and gym located on 2nd floor - Beds and pillow are luxuriously comfortable. Very impressed with the high quality of the rooms and the great customer service - Carrefour grocery market 1 min walk Uber is very cheap in this city compared to other EU countries. Please note this hotel is situated right beside (or is connected) to a hospital. This means taxis are available all day long but sirens will be heard throughout your stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those visiting the area. I however, will stay in a hotel in the city of Brussels next time around.
