The hotel is comfortable, the employees are all friendly... indeed Hotel 101 is one of the family's regulars when they go to Jogja

Of the several Santika Premieres I have stayed at, this Santika Premier Jogja is the worst, in my personal opinion, the receptionist is not friendly, her face is flat, she is stingy with a smile, especially since I have lived in Jogja for many years, this is the first time I am disappointed, every year I definitely go on holiday to Jogja because the people are very welcoming, but this is The hospitality is different from other hotels that I have stayed at, perhaps the Tentrem, Hyatt, Melia Purosani, Grand Ambarukmo, Artotel Suite Bianti, Novotel Suite and other 5 star hotels in Jogja that I have stayed at are of a different class, I understand, but compared to 4 stars which are equivalent In Jogja, Swissbell, Jogjaplaza, Novotel, even Ibis class, in my opinion the hospitality, especially at the reception, needs a lot of improvement, the hospitality service, especially at the reception and in the restaurant, the food is also very standard compared to other Santika Premieres where the food is abundant and tastes good, but here for me personally it tastes good In my opinion, it was quite disappointing, plus the waiter there was also the same as the one at the reception, it was different from the service at any Santika Premier, room 214 which I stayed in was also a bit scary at night, maybe because the old hotel didn't have too many guests at the weekend, my arrival was Saturday to Monday, luckily it was only 2 nights for transit before a flight abroad, the only plus point is that the door opener is quite friendly and the housekeeping and security officers are quite helpful, another thing that makes you in a bad mood is that usually in some Santika Premieres you can have late check out until 15.00 WIB, at least 14.00 WIB here, don't expect he said if it's later than 13.00 WIB you will be charged, it's better to check out at 10.00 WIB, check out straight to the El Royale Malioboro Hotel at 10.30 WIB, you can check in early, you can rest and the service is much different from the moment you arrive, the receptionist is already happy, we as guests are very happy with the friendliness of their service is typical of Jogja people which always makes me miss you... finally I think if I go to Jogja again I will definitely not choose this hotel again as a place to rest

first impressions Even though the hotel building looks small, wow... 4 star class. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are big, the design of the Sultan's room is suitable for children, the queen bed is big, 200x200 plus an extra bed of 80x200, but you can put 2 in a row so it's 160x200, you know if there are 3 children. Cleanliness is number 1, there are no problems with the water, the hot water can still function well even though the guests are full and bathing is busy, great Basement parking can directly access the lift to the room, there are floors B, GF (lobby & restaurant), 1-6 (room), R (rooftop bar and swimming pool) Strategic location in the heart of Jogja, 50 meters to the Tugu Monument, in front of the Kranggan market with abundant culinary delights delicious breakfast, lots of varied menus, dinner can also be ordered at the restaurant. Standard price is not too high. Average main course price is 40 thousand Even in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, the hotel room is quiet, the walls with thick door moldings are soundproof, so you can rest peacefully Next time we will definitely return to Smile, because the facilities make us smile just like the staff are also full of smiles and serve well :) suggestion : - the lighting in the hallway might be even better if it was made a bit brighter, if it's dim at night the impression for children is a bit spooky... even though we adults are used to it, it's also dim on average. hehe - The bathroom which is already big has been given a bathtub which makes it more stable thank you smile
