Overall it was an ok room for the night. What needed to be clean, was clean. The bed was clean and the bathroom was clean. The walls could use a good cleaning or painting. There were things splashed on the walls and the carpeting needs cleaning.

It was one of the best hoyels i have stayed at!!!! Staff was great, place was quiet, room was very clean!!!! Only bad part was no place to do laundry but thats not an issue for me

If all you need is a nice bed, a quiet clean building, close to major roads, a fair breakfast menu, and nice people this is a lower cost facility that offers fair value.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life.
Sleep Inn Columbia Gateway was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The entire place was filthy, with stained carpets, a nauseating smell, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room felt eerie and unsafe, with broken peep hole, broken door locks and an overall unsettling vibe.
On top of that, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the staff was rude and completely unhelpful when I voiced my concerns. I didn’t feel safe or clean for even a moment. Avoid this place at all costs—it was a truly miserable experience.

Downstairs lobby was dirty with stain old furniture. Doors were kept open and it was cold and unpleasant. The check in was the worst. Couldn’t find reservation so had to wait for 20 minutes late at night.
