I cannot stress enough how terrible this experience was. The hotel is severely outdated, and it feels like they haven’t made any effort to maintain the property in decades. The room was tiny, dirty, and smelled musty—definitely not what was advertised. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens looked old and worn out. The bathroom was the worst part. There was mold in the shower, the water pressure was pathetic, and the hot water barely worked. To top it off, the towels were thin and stained. It felt more like a rundown hostel than a hotel. The staff were equally disappointing—unfriendly, unhelpful, and indifferent to any complaints. When we reported issues with our room, they shrugged it off and made no effort to fix anything. The service at the front desk was rude, and the housekeeping staff barely did their job, leaving the room in a constant state of mess. The so-called "breakfast" was laughable. Stale bread, watery coffee, and tasteless, low-quality items that were barely edible. It was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever encountered. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and the hallway. It was impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. Overall, **Hotel Ragno** is an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. There are much better options in Lido di Jesolo for the same price—or less.
