Consistently friendly staff, excellent location near the sea and shopping areas. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable mattresses and magnificent sea views. Varied, high-quality breakfast buffet with attentive service.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating to any requests My hotel room was plain but very clean. All I needed was a clean room with a tv and I was more than happy with the room which was provided to me. Even though I didn’t have my family for this work trip they would have been in the perfect location as this is without a doubt a family friendly hotel for children. The amenities they provide and have available are top There are plenty of choices of local restaurants next to the hotel but you can’t go wrong with eating in the hotel regardless. The breakfast and dinner was buffet style but absolutely delicious with plenty of choices of hot and cold dishes Compliments to the head chef and all his staff. The manager/owner of the hotel and their staff are doing a really professional job in my experience of travelling to and from various hotels. Cudos to Hotel Nettuno

We stayed at this hotel for a week for an extended family holiday. Things started badly where a room that was sold to be suitable for 3 or 4 people was tiny and only had two beds in it, one of which was an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. Things went from bad to worse when our air conditioning that smelt terrible and did not cool the room started leaking water and flooded the room. The hotel could not do anything but give us towels to soak up the air conditioning. Things got even worse when the shower blocked and flooded the entire room on the third day. Once again the hotel’s reaction was very slow and incompetent. The pool area is also extremely problematic. The area around the pool is very slippery and my son fell while walking. One of my older relatives also slipped walking into the pool and needed crutches. The area around the pool should be a health and safety hazard. The staff generally don’t care and the culture is set by the general manager who is the rudest and most disrespectful manager I have met in a hotel. The toxic culture amongst the staff stems from him. Awful hotel. Do not stay here.
