Way to Simple but to hotelprice No service and bad planned reception. Had to check in with security person only speaking italian and could not give right information. Hour to check out no towels and ridiculous small camper were you suppose to make your own bed. All info refer to hotel room standard

Everything is extra. The towels, the cleaning, the sunbeds and umbrella. The lodge houses are very unconfortable and tiny. They smell very bad inside and there are spiders in every angle of the lodge. The reception staff are not very helpfull and the food is every day the same.

A very nice camp with very helpful staff at the reception. We made a mistake when booking and booked an apartment for 4 people instead of a mobile home. The exchange was arranged at the reception without any problems. A quiet campsite suitable for families, even with small children.

QUESTO CAMPEGGIO CI HA SALVATO LA VACANZA!!! Siamo arrivati durante la nostra settimana di vacanza prenotata nel campeggio a fianco, ma del quale siamo rimasti delusi per il servizio riservato a chi arriva con il cane. Abbiamo quindi chiesto in questo campeggio se ci fosse un alloggio da poter prendere subito per poterci spostare, all'accoglienza la Signora VANIA è stata davvero molto cortese, ci ha fatto visitare due possibilità di alloggio con cane che potevamo scegliere e siamo stati molto felici di poterci venire già nel pomeriggio dello stesso girono. Il Camping è davvero bello, gli alloggi sono confortevoli e anche il servizio di delivery interno molto efficiente. Prima di entrare in spiaggia si trova anche un piccolo chiosco per poter fare colazione o aperitivo o un pranzetto veloce. È dotato inoltre di una piccola SPA dove puoi farti un bagno turco, un idromassaggio sotto gli alberi in mezzo alla natura, molto rilassante, o approfittare di un bel massaggio manuale. Io e mio marito abbiamo optato per il massaggio eseguito da Mosè con grande professionalità e per l'idro. Complimenti anche a loro che regalano un servizio difficile da trovare in questo contesto. Per noi questo Campeggio merita la QUARTA STELLA.

We booked the comfort bungalow and I would say that there was nothing comfortable about it. For a family that has travelled by plane and not a car, you will realize very soon that you need to buy a lot of extras to keep this place going. The kids room had visible mold and the smell was so bad we didn’t use the room at all and our son was sleeping in the living area. We used to live in a moldy apartment so this was bringing us back down a bad memory lane. There was no dishwasher liquid, no towels, 1 wc paper for 8 days and the laundry self service requires you to buy your own detergent which for 8 days is really a waste of money. Everything looks rundown and tired. The pool is OK but the slides in the pool are unusable because too hot for kids. Unfortunately the “private beach” is accessible for everyone and you still need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas, if you want to hang out at the beach. So being a customer at the resort gives 0 advantages. Very sad for 1500€… which I consider quite a lot for the value we were getting there. Definitely not coming back. The staff was wonderful though. Very helpful, hospitable and friendly.

My name is Ornella De Pelli, in holiday at the camp for few days. I think the environment here is amazing,very quiet , clean and well organized . The food at the restaurant is very good, as well as pizza. I had the chance to meet Lisa, the massage therapist of this site. She gave me the best massage ever received, I feel completed regenerate and 20 years younger. I recommend her because she is excellent in her job! Remind not to wait the last day to reserve your massage, it is very important to have it in the beginning of your holiday to let the body to relax all the following days.
