Park Hotel Brasilia

Hotel and place was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good we very enjoyed.

Arriving on the 5/5/25 the hotel and resort was very quiet which is how we like it with many shops, bars and restaurants not open. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we enjoyed being able to walk the 9 mile beach which was much needed after one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. The choice on offer each morning was beyond anything we have experienced in all our years of travel. The very warm and friendly welcome we received by all members of staff was a real credit to the hotel. The front desk were so helpful and knowledgeable with all our questions regarding getting to Venice and car hire. Although the car hire was the most expensive we have used in all the years of using car hire abroad and in the UK. We had a fabulous room with a sea view and spotlessly clean kindly provided has an upgrade by the hotel and greatly appreciated. With every drink ordered little dishes of nuts, crisps and snacks were provided, such a lovely touch. We ate in the hotel on our last night and for us not really worth the money for what you received and average in taste and tiny portion size. Didn’t blow us away unfortunately. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff, breakfast and room were amazing, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. Heated pool a real bonus. Towels, gowns, beach bag and flip flops are provided. A final massive thank you to Park Hotel Brasilia for allowing us to stay an extra night when our flight home was cancelled the night before we were due to fly home with Ryanair.

What a wonderful hotel! Our welcome was friendly and professional. We were so thrilled to be offered an upgrade and were shown two beautiful rooms both with balconies which we could chose from. We were left to settle in and then offered complimentary drinks. We also had some lunch chosen from an extensive menu. Beautifully presented and delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, robes and a beach bags. Pool towels were changed daily. Lovely eco friendly toiletries. All the staff were amazing - friendly, professional, approachable. The food was amazing - a huge variety for breakfast. Served a hot drink of your choice (no awful coffee machine) plus a freshly squeezed orange juice. Evening meal was four courses all served to your table. All serving staff were amazing and food excellent and of a high standard. Better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend to anyone. A five mile walk down the promenade towards the lighthouse was nice in the sunshine. Be warned though not many toilets were available so take a 50 cent coin with you :) Thank you for an amazing stay.

On my way home, I wrote a review of Hotel Park Brasilia on Google, reflecting on our holiday that began with challenges—endless traffic jams and heavy rain for the first two days—but ended with wonderful memories. I’m happy to share my review here on TripAdvisor as well. The exceptionally friendly and professional service at Hotel Park Brasilia really stood out to me, especially when compared to the less pleasant experiences I’ve encountered at some places in Germany. First, let’s talk about the facilities. The family room we booked was spacious enough for our family of four. While not as large as the suites we’ve stayed in at 5-star hotels (which also came at a much higher price), the room was comfortable. There was a large, cozy bed for us parents, and the kids had their own space with a door we could close when we needed to work. The room was tidy and clean, which is one of the most important factors for me when it comes to enjoying a holiday. The breakfast was incredible! There was a wide variety of options, and you could even make fresh juice yourself. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and delicious—the fruits, in particular, were impressively sweet. I normally skip breakfast, but I couldn’t resist having two croissants every morning. The hotel’s location is excellent, as expected. The pool, while not huge, was very clean and enjoyable. Next to it, there’s a shower with wonderfully warm water—a detail I came to appreciate even more after braving the sea at 11-14°C. That warm shower felt heavenly afterward! Now, about the “software”—the service. First, the price was very reasonable compared to other nearby hotels. But what really impressed us was the staff. Every team member was so welcoming and attentive. As a business owner with employees, I understand how difficult it can be to keep everyone motivated and positive. It was clear the staff at Hotel Park Brasilia put in a lot of effort to make guests feel comfortable, and our whole family felt that care. We look forward to visiting again someday.
