Astonished about the easiness of the staff to reach the level of excellence. Friendly at all times, they give you the feeling of a special vip guest. The rooms, and all facilities are constantly kept very clean. The breakfast is from a very high standard, the afternoon tea and evening dinner, both a la carte, are exquisit.

I think it is already the 7th time we stayed at hotel Andy, 2 times a year, one time in summer and one time in winter. Everything is perfect! Beginning with the location: next to the ski lift! The breakfast is a buffet with so much chose and also allot gluten free products and bio products! And everyday fresh fruits! Compliment to the chef because everyday the fruit is cut and dressed differently! The staff is super friendly and if you have a problem they do everything to help you. And not just everything but way beyond that! And this is for every staff member! The rooms and Appartement’s are very clean! And really nice! The sauna and welness area is also great and really large! Never been to a hotel with such a large welness area! And last but not least kids and dog friendly! Thank you hotel Andy for making our vacation once again super!

The breakfast was rich, staff friendly, shame there is no haldboard option in sommer. There is a option to eat in in the evening but with limited choice on the menu if you want to eat in 7 days. Staff is really helpfull and friendly. Location, parking, room,..all very good.

The hotel has everything you need for kids (and parents) vacation: - 100m from the cable gondola - big indoor pool with 4-5 types of fun (2 cascades, 1 big whirlpool, 1 waves generator) - kids playroom with games suitable for ages 2-10 - great dinner menu - good selection of austrian wines (but only austrian and 3 italian whites) - nice bar with two pool tables (small and priced 2eur/game) - very good massages - spaceous rooms - wc separated from bathroom - lot of storage space - own parking (big enough)

Awesome Alps Hotel
Great hotel in a beautiful location. Large room with good kitchenette complete with oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. Room was larger than expected. Nice sauna facilities. Only downside is it is a ways in the valley (about a 20 minute drive).

We had dinner at the restaurant twice during our week of vacation. First time our daughter had a steak - and it was simply overcooked not medium-rare as asked for. The texture of the meat was strange. We managed to organize around this without involvement of the waiter. 2.nd time the 4 of us ordered steaks. We waited 1.5 hour before the food came. But this time one was totally overcooked - and we sent it out, for exchange. We waited 30 min for a new one which again was strange in texture. When we complained to the waiter he just excused himself and said he did what we asked for - not apologizing in anyway or taking responsibility for the restaurant as a whole. When asking for compensation the only thing we could get was a Schnaps - which simply was nothing compared to the bad meal, bad service and a bill way to high (300 Euro) Never coming back !!
