The Templer Inn

A very nostalgic place. The service you get from Alon and Roya is simply great. They are available for any question. The location, the location is worth everything. Parking in the Bell Garden area. Breakfast at the Jerusalem icon. Quiet and clean. Experience of a place. My wife and I had a great time and we will come back.

Delightful accommodation in a small charmingly converted historic building. Very comfortable beds with nice linen, fluffy towels and a comfortable seating area. Basic kitchenette for warming up food, tea bags and coffee were provided. The owners are perfect English speaker with impeccable manners, providing comprehensive breakfast at an agreed time. Very well situated, near the First Station. Couldn't fault it and would go there again.

The inn was a lovely home base for my six night stay in Jerusalem. My suite was quiet, clean and comfortable with a living area with a kitchenette and bedroom and bath in the beautiful German Colony. The innkeeper helped me navigate - where to get a Covid test, restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, getting a driver and guide. One of the best traveling experiences ever.

Very good experience in Jerusalem. Alon (the owner) is a perfect host. he gave us good recommendations. The breakfast was amazing. The location is great. it is actually within a walking distance to the old city, about 30 minutes in a slow walking pace.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Templer Inn. The location is top notch - walking distance to everything, but out of the touristy section so that you feel like you really get immersed in modern Jerusalem living. The prices are great. Our suite was a one bedroom with full kitchen and beautiful bathroom - very luxurious. The icing on the cake are the owners - Alon and his wife are the nicest people - they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and well taken care of all the time. We miss them already. If you are visiting Jerusalem - this is THE BEST PLACE to stay.

I booked a room for my elderly parents from June 27th to July 2nd. From the very beginning, Alon has been super responsive with any questions that I had. We communicated very easily on whatsapp, and he was able to make things perfect for my parents. Alon arranged to have a taxi pick them up at the airport in Tel Aviv and paid for it since my parents were not able to get to an ATM to get Shekels for payment. They were able to reimburse them once they were settled. Alon sat down with my parents and went through their itinerary. Since they had 3 early morning tours and could not enjoy the gorgeous home cooked breakfast, he arranged to have bread and cheese brought to their room the night before so that they had something to eat before the tour. My parents loved their room and found it to be spacious and spotlessly clean. They also raved about the area and said that it was convenient and felt very safe. My family and I cannot say enough about Alon and The Templer Inn and are grateful for all of the help and wonderful hospitality.
